# Send a hiring request

> Ask for hiring help from your TireTutor dashboard and see what happens after you send a request.

This guide walks you through asking for hiring help from your TireTutor dashboard. It takes about a minute, and your shop's details are already filled in.

## Before you start

* You'll find Recruiting under **Employees** in your dashboard's left menu.
* Have in mind which role you're hiring for — submit one request per position.

## Send your request

    In the left menu of your TireTutor dashboard, open **Employees**, then click **Recruiting**.

    Pick the role you're hiring for — one request per position — and add anything that helps: what you're looking for, timing, or a note about your shop. Your shop's contact details are already filled in. Hiring for something not listed? Choose **Other** and describe it.

    Submit the form. Your request goes to TireTutor's current recruiting partner.

  That's it. The recruiting partner receives your request and follows up with you directly to help fill the role.

## What happens next

Your request goes to TireTutor's current recruiting partner. They reach out to you directly to learn more about the role and your shop, and to start finding candidates. TireTutor isn't part of the hiring conversation after that — you work with the partner the same as you would any hiring partner.

## What it costs

Reaching out is free. There's no charge to send a request. If you decide to work with the recruiting partner, they'll go over how their service works and any costs with you before you commit to anything.

## If the form doesn't load

If the form doesn't appear — usually an ad blocker or a strict network — the page shows an email link so you can reach the recruiting partner directly. Tell them your shop name and the roles you're hiring for.

## Your information stays private

The details you enter on the form go to the recruiting partner — **not** into TireTutor's systems. TireTutor only records that the page was visited and the request was sent, so we can see how useful the feature is. We never store your form answers.

  Recruiting lives in your dashboard's Employees section, which only your shop's TireTutor users can see. Your staff and customers don't see it.
