# Overview

> How TireTutor helps you hire for your shop — and how to reach a recruiting partner without leaving your dashboard.

**Short-handed in the shop? TireTutor helps you get hiring help — without writing job ads or sifting résumés yourself.**

Hiring is hard when you're already busy running the shop. TireTutor's Recruiting feature gives you a built-in way to ask for help filling a role, then connects you with a recruiting partner who works with tire and auto shops.

## What it is

Recruiting is a section of your TireTutor dashboard, under **Employees**. You tell us the roles your shop needs to fill, and your request goes to TireTutor's current recruiting partner, who reaches out to help you find the right people.

Your shop's name, email, and address are filled in for you, so there's nothing to retype.

This is the start of TireTutor's hiring support, not the whole of it — we plan to keep adding ways to help you staff your shop over time.

## How it works, at a glance

* You open **Employees → Recruiting** and tell us the role you're hiring for — one request per position.
* Your request goes to TireTutor's current recruiting partner.
* The partner follows up with you directly to help fill the role.

TireTutor handles connecting you with the partner. The hiring conversation itself happens between you and the partner.

## Who provides the recruiting help

TireTutor works with a recruiting **partner** to deliver this service. The partner — and the exact roles and services they cover — can change over time, and the Recruiting page always connects you with the current one.

See [Your recruiting partner](/dealers/recruiting/recruiting-partner) for who that is today and what they can help with.

## What it costs

Reaching out is **free**. There's no charge to send a request. If you decide to work with the recruiting partner, they'll go over how their service works and any costs with you directly.
