# Your recruiting partner

> Who TireTutor's current recruiting partner is, the roles they help fill, and how to confirm what services they offer.

TireTutor delivers recruiting through a **partner** — a recruiter who works with tire and auto shops. This page describes the current partner and what they help with.

<Info>
  The recruiting partner can change over time, and the roles and services below are set by the partner — not by TireTutor. When you send a request from **Employees → Recruiting**, it always goes to whoever the current partner is. For the most accurate, up-to-date list of services, confirm directly with the partner.

## Current partner: Talent Traction

TireTutor's current recruiting partner is **Talent Traction**. Finding good people for tire and auto shops is what they do — your contact is **Mike**, who has spent 30+ years in the trade.

### Roles they can help fill

| **Other** | Describe the role on the form — the partner will tell you if they can help |

<Note>
  This list reflects common shop roles, not a fixed catalog. The partner may cover more or fewer roles than shown. To confirm what they can help with right now, send a request or ask them directly.
</Note>

### How to confirm what's offered

The roles and services a recruiting partner provides can change. To check current capabilities:

* Send a request from **Employees → Recruiting** describing what you need, or
* Reach the partner directly using the email link on the Recruiting page.

The partner will tell you what they can help with and how their service works, including any costs.

## How partners may change

TireTutor may add new recruiting partners or change who delivers this service. When that happens:

* The Recruiting page connects you with the current partner automatically — nothing changes in how you send a request.
* This page is updated to reflect the current partner and the roles they cover.

If more than one partner is available, this page lists each one and what they specialize in.
