# TireTutor AI Assistant

## The TireTutor AI Assistant can help you find the information you need

### 💬 Interacting with the TireTutor's AI Assistant

To start interacting with the assistant, simply click on the **tire icon** located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

### ❓ Asking a Question

Once the chatbot is open, you can immediately begin typing your question. The assistant will provide step-by-step instructions for your query and will also include a link to the corresponding article within this KnowledgeBase for further details. You can continue the conversation as needed.

### 🔄 Starting a New Chat

To clear the current conversation and begin a new chat, press the **arrow button** at the top of the chat screen.

### 🧑‍💻 Requesting Support

If you require assistance from the support team, just say so in the chat and provide a brief description of your question or issue. This action will notify the support team, and they will reach out to help you.
