# How to add a new SKU to your inventory

To manually add a new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) for a tire product within the TireTutor Point of Sale (POS) system, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to the **Inventory** tab located on the left-hand side of your platform login. Found [here](https://dealers.tiretutor.com/inventory)
2. Click on the **New Product** button at the top right of the page.
3. In the product creation form, select the category, like **Tire**.
4. Enter the **brand name** of the tire.
5. Enter the specific **SKU number**.
6. Once all required information is entered, hit the **Create** button.

The new tire product will now be successfully created in your inventory and will be available for selection in your products catalog.
