# How to Add Tires to a Work Order or Estimate

### Add Tires to an Estimate or Work Order

To begin, you can start from 2 places:

* Click into the existing **Estimate** or **Work Order**, then click "+ Add Tire" button
* Go to the tire catalog, by clicking **Tire Catalog** in the left hand nav

### Search and Select Tires

You should now be in the TireTutor tire catalog where you can search for the tires you want to add to your estimate or work order.

1. Type in the **tire size, tire dimensions, tire SKU, or vehicle info** and then click **Search**.
2. *Optional:* Use the filters on the left to narrow the results (e.g., by brand, winter tires, run flat).
3. Click the **checkbox** to the left of the tire you wish to add.

### Complete the Addition

The final step is to assign the selected tire to the correct estimate or work order.

* If you are working on an **estimate**, click **Add to Estimate**.
* If you are working on a **work order**, click **Add to Work Order**.
* The last estimate or work order you were on will automatically appear at the top of the list. Click on that specific document. The tire and its R\&R (remove and replace) service will be added.
* You can also add to a brand new work order or estimate by clicking the "+ New Work Order" or "+ New Estimate" option in the drop down.

### (Optional) Edit Tire Quantity and Installation

If you need to adjust the quantities, use the edit function in the work order or estimate.

1. Hit the **Edit** button.
2. Click into the field to change the **amount** (number of tires).
3. Change the **amount for the install** service.
4. Hit **Save**.
