# How to Claim Funds for an Online Order

### Find the Sale you want to Claim Funds for

To claim funds that a customer paid online for their tire or repair order, you will first need to go to the sales page to find your sale you want to claim funds for.

You can find your sales page by clicking on **CRM** on the left side menu and then selecting **Sales**, or by going to this URL: [https://dealers.tiretutor.com/sales](https://dealers.tiretutor.com/sales)

### Get your Customer's Claim Code

Once you click into the sales that you want to claim funds for, you will see an input for a "Claim Code" in the **Claim Order** section. You will now need to locate the customer's specific order.

Ask the customer for their **claim code**. This is a six-digit alphanumeric code that confirms their online payment.

#### Retrieving a Missing Code

If the customer does not have their claim code, you can contact TireTutor for assistance.

You can reach support via email at **[support@tiretutor.com](mailto:support@tiretutor.com)** or by calling the phone number **855-400-4521**. The support team will be happy to help you find the necessary claim code.

### Initiating the Transfer

Once you have the claim code, input it into the "Claim Code" field in the **Claim Order** section of the sales page.

Click the **Claim** button. This action will initiate the ACH transfer process, moving the funds for the online order into your account.
