# Road Hazard

## How to add road hazard to a work order

The shop management system automates the calculation of percent-based road hazard pricing, eliminating manual math for counter staff.

1. Navigate to a **work order** with tire.
2. Click the **Edit icon (Pencil icon)** next to the total price at the top level of the tire group item in the work order.
3. Click the button that says **Add Road Hazard Warranty**.
4. The system will automatically calculate and update the road hazard warranty pricing based on the current price of the tire(s).
5. Click **Save** to incorporate the road hazard warranty into the work order.

***Note for Enterprise Clients:*** Road hazard can be configured as a mandatory feature within work orders when tires are added.
