# Managing orders

> Review portal orders from dealer customers and move each order into your fulfillment process.

The portal records orders that dealer customers place through your storefront. **Orders** appears only for supported accounts.

  Using the dealer dashboard instead? The same page sits under **B2B & Fleet Dashboard** as **Wholesale Orders** or **Online Orders**.

## Review and process an order

**When:** A dealer customer submits a new storefront order.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the orders page">
    Select **Orders**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the order">
    In **My Orders**, find the order by **Date** or **Name**. Some accounts also see **Order Number**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the list summary">
    Compare the order's **Summary** with the dealer's request. Some accounts also see **Total**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the order details">
    Select the order row to open its details.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the order information">
    Under **Items**, confirm the quantities and, if shown, the prices. Under **Order Details**, confirm the **PO Number** and **Note**.

  <Step title="Process the order">
    Move the order into your usual fulfillment process.
  </Step>

  The order's **Order Details** and **Items** match what you sent to fulfillment.

## If Orders is missing

The **Orders** page is available only for supported account configurations. If you need order access for your account, contact support.
