# Overview

> Understand the wholesale tools for customers, pricing, promotions, orders, and reporting.

Your team works in the wholesaler portal. Your dealer customers use a separate storefront to search for tires and place orders.

## Who the portal serves

Use the portal if your business sells tires to dealers or other businesses. Each customer record represents a business that buys from you.

Your customers can have several service locations and users. You control their pricing and brand visibility. For some accounts, you also control each customer's portal access and ordering access.

## Where you work

Your account can show the wholesale tools in a standalone portal. Some accounts show the same tools under **B2B & Fleet Dashboard** in the dealer dashboard. To turn that on, contact support.

The pages in this section use the standalone portal's menu names. Under **B2B & Fleet Dashboard**, the same pages are **B2B Customers**, **B2B Promotions**, **B2B Dashboard**, and **Wholesale Orders** or **Online Orders**. The two dashboards share the customer and promotion pages, but their reporting pages differ.

## Portal surfaces at a glance

| Surface | What you do there |

| **Customers** | Add dealer customers, manage service locations, invite users, and control portal access. |
| **Tire Pricing Matrices** | Create pricing rules and assign a matrix to each customer. This surface appears only for supported accounts. |
| **Promotions** | Manage dated banner promotions for your customer storefront. |
| **Orders** | Review orders that customers place through the storefront. This surface appears only for supported accounts. |
| **Data** | Open the reporting site and download your wholesale report. This surface appears only for accounts with reporting turned on. |

The customer storefront is a separate surface. Dealer customers use it to search, build a cart, and place orders with your business.
