# Viewing reports

> Open the reporting site from the wholesaler portal and download your wholesale report.

The standalone portal sends you to a separate reporting page. It does not display reports or charts inside the portal.

  Using the dealer dashboard instead? Select **B2B Dashboard** under **B2B & Fleet Dashboard**. The reporting appears on that page, so **Open in New Window** does not appear.

## Download the wholesale report

**When:** You need a report for your wholesale activity.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Data">
    Select **Data**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the reporting site">
    Select **Open in New Window**. The **Reports & Data** page opens with your reports embedded on it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the B2B Dashboard view">
    In the embedded reports, select the **B2B Dashboard** view.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download the report">
    Download your Wholesale Report.
  </Step>

  The Wholesale Report downloads to your device.
</Check>

**Data** appears only for accounts with reporting turned on. If you cannot open reporting, contact support.
