A pricing matrix combines a base-price scheme, a fixed or percentage markup, and selected price sources. Each customer can have one assigned matrix. If you delete a customer’s assigned matrix, your default matrix applies instead. Tire Pricing Matrices appears only for supported accounts.
Using the dealer dashboard instead? Tire Pricing Matrices sits under Organization in your settings, and the customer page sits under B2B & Fleet Dashboard as B2B Customers.
