What reaches QuickBooks
Each sale arrives in QuickBooks as an invoice. What it shows depends on how the customer paid:- A sale paid in full in one payment arrives with one line for each item. That covers Square Terminal, a Square invoice, and cash, check, Zelle, or other recorded in TireTutor.
- A payment link, or a payment for part of the total, arrives as one line. Your bookkeeper splits it out from your reports.
