Both Site Manager and Editor can manage these records for their assigned site. Use Site to identify your shop’s records. Contact support if you cannot find the record you need.
Saving changes the content your live website uses. Review each change before saving.

Update your shop’s phone number or hours

When: The phone number or opening hours on your website are out of date. Locations controls the contact details your website shows. It does not change the details in your shop management system.

Open Locations

Select Locations in the sidebar.

Open your shop's location

Its Site field identifies the website.

Select General

This tab holds the phone number fields.

Update Phone Number (Display)

Enter the number as customers read it, such as “(617) 555-0142”.

Update Phone Number (Link)

Enter the same number in the form the description shows, such as “+16175550142”.

Select Working Hours

This tab holds one field for each day of the week.

Update each day's hours

Enter a range such as “8:00 AM - 5:00 PM”, or “Closed”.

Save the location

Select Save.

Check the contact details on your website

The phone number must dial correctly from a phone.
The Address tab holds the street address. If the address on your website is wrong, contact support.

Update a service

When: A service description needs to match the work your shop offers. Services controls website copy. It does not change services in your shop management system, estimates, or scheduler.

Open Services

Select Services in the sidebar.

Open the service for your site

Its Site field identifies the website.

Select General

This tab holds the name and listing details.

Update Card Description

Describe the service customers see in the website listing.

Select Detail Page

This tab holds the service page’s text.

Update Page Heading (H1)

Use a clear service name.

Update Page Paragraph

Summarize the service your shop offers.

Update Page Content

Explain the service in terms your customers use.

Save the service

Select Save.

Check the live service page

Its text must match what your shop offers.
For a change outside website content, contact support.

Review service areas

When: The website lists a place your shop does not serve.
Deleting a service area also deletes its version history. Review the selected record before confirming deletion.

Open Service Areas

Select Service Areas in the sidebar.

Open an area for your site

Service Area Name identifies the place, such as Watertown.

Review the area

Check that the place belongs in your shop’s service area.

Select Delete for an inaccurate area

The deletion dialog identifies the selected record.

Confirm the deletion

Confirm only when the dialog names the area you want to remove.

Check the service areas on your website

The inaccurate place must be absent.

Add a team member

When: Your website has a Meet the Team page that needs another profile.

Open Team Members

Select Team Members in the sidebar.

Start a profile

Select Create New.

Select your shop in Site

The profile belongs to this website.

Enter Full Name

Use the name the person uses with customers.

Enter Job Title

For example, use “Service Manager”.

Enter Summary

Write a short bio about the person’s work at your shop.

Add a photo in Photo

Select an existing image, or select Create New to upload one. A new upload needs your shop in Site and a short Alt Text.

Set Display Order

Lower numbers appear first.

Save the profile

Select Save.

Check Meet the Team on your website

The profile must show the correct name, role, and photo.
If your website lacks a Meet the Team page, contact support.

Feature a tire brand

When: Your shop wants to highlight a brand or change the website’s brand order.

Open Tire Brands

Select Tire Brands in the sidebar.

Open a brand for your site

The record’s Brand Name identifies the brand.

Select General

This tab holds the brand’s display settings.

Set Featured Brand

Turn on the checkbox to feature the brand, or turn it off to remove that emphasis.

Set Display Order

Lower numbers appear first. Use 1, 2, and 3 for the first three brands.

Save the brand

Select Save.

Check the brands on your website

The featured selection and order must match your changes.

Add a blog post

When: You want to answer a customer question in an article.

Open Blogs

Select Blogs in the sidebar.

Start a post

Select Create New.

Select your shop in Site

The article belongs to this website.

Enter Blog Title under General

For example, use “When to switch from winter tires”.

Review Slug

The editor generates the path from Blog Title.

Enter Summary

This text appears on blog cards and listings.

Select Content

This tab contains the article editor.

Enter Blog Content

Answer the customer’s question with clear, practical information.

Select SEO

This tab holds the required search fields.

Enter Meta Title

Use a clear title for search results.

Summarize the article for search results.

Review the post

Check the facts and spelling before saving.

Select Save.

Check the article on your website

The title, summary, and article must match your saved text.

Add a frequently asked question

When: Customers need a short answer before booking or visiting your shop.

Open Faqs

Select Faqs in the sidebar.

Start a question

Select Create New.

The answer belongs to this website.

Enter Question

For example, use “Do I need an appointment?”

Enter Answer

State your shop’s policy in a short, direct answer.

Set Display Order

Lower numbers appear first.

Set Featured FAQ if needed

Turn on the checkbox to feature the answer.

Save the question

Select Save.

Check the answer on your website

Its wording must match your shop’s policy.
