Online orders are in beta. TireTutor turns them on shop by shop, so your dashboard may not show them yet.
You order the tires for every online order yourself, in time for the customer’s appointment. Order Now in your Tire Catalog makes that quick. Find the tire, see what your distributors have in stock, and order in a few clicks. Order Now writes the purchase order for you, so there is nothing to phone in.
If nobody orders the tires, the customer arrives for a fitted appointment and there is nothing to fit.

Find the reminder

A reminder heads every online order, above the order details. The same reminder sits above your Online Orders list.
An orange banner that tells you to order the tires yourself before the customer's appointment, with an Order tires now button on the right.

Order the tires

  1. Open the online order you need tires for.
  2. Select Order tires now in the reminder.
  3. The catalog page for the tire in that order opens, with each distributor’s stock.
  4. Set Quantity to the number of tires the customer bought.
  5. Choose the distributor you want to buy from.
  6. Select Order Now on that distributor’s row.
  7. Enter your P.O. number and any notes for the distributor.
  8. Check the tire, the quantity and the total.
  9. Select Place Order.
Place Order sends the order to the distributor straight away. There is no confirmation step.
From the Online Orders list, Order tires now opens the Tire Catalog with nothing filled in. The list has no single tire to go to.

If no distributor has the tire

When every distributor shows the tire as not available, search its size instead. The catalog shows everything your distributors have in that size, so you can offer the customer a comparable tire.

Order tires for a sale

Sales work the same way, with the reminder on every sale. See ordering tires for a sale.
