Use Pages for website destinations and Navigations for their menu links. You need Site Manager access for the page tasks below.
Saving changes the content your live website uses. Removing a menu link does not turn off its page.

Create a custom page

When: Your shop needs a coupon or promotion page.
Each site can have only one page of each type, including Custom. If your site already has a custom page, contact support before adding another.

Open Pages

Select Pages in the sidebar.

Start a page

Select Create New.

Select your shop in Site

The General tab holds the page settings.

Enter Page Title

Use a short name, such as “Coupons”.

Select Custom in Type

This choice makes the custom content field available.

Review Slug

The editor generates it from Page Title. A title of “Coupons” gives the path /coupons.

Select SEO

This tab holds the page’s search title and description.

Enter Meta Title

An example is “Coupons | Aubin’s Auto”.

Enter Meta Description

An example is “Find tire and service offers at Aubin’s Auto in Watertown.”

Select Content

Page Content holds the custom page’s text, images, and links.

Enter Page Content

Include the offer, its dates, and any conditions customers need.

Review the page

Check the offer details before saving.

Save the page

Select Save.
The new page appears in Pages. Its menu link needs a separate change in Navigations.
When: Customers need a menu link to an existing page or another website. The site has one navigation record with separate Header Navigation and Footer Navigation tabs. Only header items have a Group field.

Open Navigations

Select Navigations in the sidebar.

Open your site's navigation record

Its Site field identifies the website.

Choose the menu tab

Select Header Navigation or Footer Navigation.

Add a menu item

Add one row to the selected menu.

Enter Label

Use the text customers see, such as “Coupons”.

Choose Group for a header item

Top Level creates a standalone link. Another listed group places it in that group’s menu.

Choose the link type

Select Internal Page for your website or External URL for another website.

Set the destination

Select the page in Internal Page, or enter the full address in External URL.

Set Open in New Tab if needed

Turn on this checkbox when the link needs a separate browser tab.

Save the navigation

Select Save.

Test the link on your website

Select the new menu link on the live site.
The link opens the intended destination from the correct menu.

Take a page off the site

When: A coupon expires or your shop no longer needs a page.
Turn off the page to keep its content. Deleting a record also removes its version history.

Open the page in Pages

Select the page you want to take off the site.

Select General

This tab holds the Enabled checkbox.

Turn off Enabled

Clear the checkbox for this page.

Save the page

Select Save.

Open your site's record in Navigations

The menu links are separate from the page setting.

Remove the page's header link

Remove its row from Header Navigation, if present.

Remove the page's footer link

Remove its row from Footer Navigation, if present.

Save the navigation

Select Save.

Check the old page address

If it still shows the page after refreshing, contact support.
The page is unavailable at its old address, and its menu links are gone.
